1. Our Replacement Guarantee

We believe in long-term partnerships. If your assigned agent is not the right fit for your business needs or performance expectations, Agentfloo provides a free replacement process.

Our team will work with you to understand the gap and source a new dedicated professional within 48-72 hours when possible.

2. Refund Policy

Because our service involves dedicated full-time allocation and upfront management costs, Agentfloo does not offer partial or full refunds once a service month has commenced.

We are committed to client satisfaction and will use the replacement process to help address fit, performance, or skill alignment concerns.

3. Conditions for Replacement

Replacement requests are handled best when expectations and performance gaps are documented clearly.

  • Submit performance feedback or specific examples of mismatch.
  • Identify required skill, communication, or workflow adjustments.
  • Notify your account manager promptly within the billing cycle.

4. Service Continuity

If a candidate leaves or must be removed, our team helps manage continuity and source a replacement so you can maintain progress toward the 160 hours of monthly work you purchased.
