Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agentfloo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Agentfloo provides managed dedicated remote staffing solutions, matching businesses with offshore agents for a flat monthly fee. The service may include recruitment, matching, supervision, replacement support, and ongoing management.

Users are responsible for providing accurate requirements and maintaining professional conduct with assigned agents.

• Provide clear role expectations, tools, and workflow requirements.
• Ensure any data or accounts shared with an agent comply with your internal security policies.
• Communicate service concerns promptly so Agentfloo can support resolution or replacement.

Agentfloo aims to provide high-quality talent and operational support, but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or ROI from work performed by assigned agents.

The standard dedicated agent offer is priced at $1,000 per month per agent unless a different agreement is confirmed in writing. Additional services or custom staffing needs may be quoted separately.

Agentfloo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees paid for the most recent month of service.

We may modify or discontinue aspects of the service as needed. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting active client engagements.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with standard notice unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
